A 14-year-old girl who went out to sing Christmas carols is hospitalized after being found unconscious with a head injury.

A minor who went out to sing Christmas carols was found unconscious and injured on the street on Wednesday morning (24/12).
According to the president of POEDHN, Michalis Giannakos, it concerns a 14-year-old girl who went out to sing carols and was discovered unconscious with a head injury by a nurse from the “Agia Sofia” Children’s Hospital, who happened to be on her way to work at the time.
The nurse who found the girl provided first aid and called the EKAV ambulance service, which transported her to the “Agia Sofia” Children’s Hospital. According to Mr. Giannakos, the hospital staff treated the girl’s injuries — she had lacerations to the head — and she is now hospitalized in the neurosurgery clinic.
The minor said she found an electric scooter activated on a sidewalk, took it, fell off it, and that is how she was injured.
Her mother and siblings are by the 14-year-old’s side.
