A 9-year-old is hospitalized at Agrinio Hospital after consuming an antipsychotic medication, which was given to him by a classmate.

A 9-year-old was transferred to the hospital after consuming a pharmaceutical drug in Agrinio.
The incident occurred at a school when, according to the police, a classmate of the 9-year-old gave him the medication and encouraged him to consume it as part of a challenge.
The child was rushed to the General Hospital of Agrinio and, as reported by agrinionews.gr, is currently hospitalized out of danger.
Regarding the incident, the mother of the 9-year-old’s classmate was arrested for child neglect and causing bodily harm.
The arrest took place on Tuesday morning in Agrinio by officers from the Crime Investigation and Detection Sub-division.
