Lora’s disappearance: The 16-year-old’s movements after her arrival in Athens and the new videos

The thriller involving 16-year-old Laura is in full swing. Last Thursday morning, she left Patras for Athens and has been missing ever since.

It should be noted that on Tuesday morning, the man she met a few hours before her disappearance appeared at the Rio Police Station. The 58-year-old stated that he met with the young girl to buy her old cell phone for his daughter.

The fact that the 16-year-old wanted to get rid of her old device, raised money by selling her personal belongings at second-hand shops, and deleted all her personal social media accounts the day before, leads to the conclusion that the 16-year-old had planned her disappearance and that all her actions were personal choices and not instigated by a third party.

After meeting with the 58-year-old man, Laura got into a taxi and went to Athens, where she asked the driver to drop her off in the Zografou area, specifically at the intersection of Thivon and Mikras Asias streets.

The police have two video recordings in their possession, which are the last confirmed traces of her.

The young girl was recorded on video by security cameras in the area carrying a backpack, which she then abandons while appearing to exchange messages on her cell phone. In the footage, she appears to be crossing Mikras Asia Street towards the center of Athens and then returning to a café to connect to the business’s Wi-Fi. Authorities now believe that she was planning to meet someone in Athens.

In another video, the 16-year-old is recorded shopping at a mini market near the Children’s Hospital.

Police officers are searching the area for additional video footage while looking for the reason that prompted her to leave her home.

In fact, according to reports by ERT, relatives of the young woman in Germany said that her relationship with her father was particularly conflictual. Specifically, there is information about abusive behavior by her father towards her.

This is said to be the reason why she was temporarily housed in a facility in Germany. The Greek Police is conducting a full investigation in order to locate the young girl and determine the cause of her disappearance.
