Murder in Kalamaria: Gang charges against the two individuals who were with the victim – One in custody

Additional misdemeanor charges for participation in a gang have been brought against the two individuals who are said to have been with the 20-year-old who lost his life during the fatal incident on the night of last Thursday in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. Among these two defendants is a 19-year-old, who appeared earlier at noon, accompanied by a lawyer, before the First Regular Investigating Judge of Thessaloniki, who is handling the case file concerning the murder of the 20-year-old.

According to his lawyer, the 19-year-old was granted a deadline to give his statement next Wednesday and until then he remains in custody. The second individual has not yet been located.

The prosecutor had already brought misdemeanor charges against both of them for an aggravated case of dangerous bodily harm and for possession of objects that can cause bodily harm, acting jointly and under the aggravating provisions of the Sports Law.

It is recalled that the 23-year-old accused as the perpetrator of the murder is being prosecuted for intentional homicide, illegal possession of a weapon and use of a weapon, and remains in custody until he gives his statement to the investigating judge on Tuesday.
