Photos of the 20-year-old who, along with his partner, abused his niblings released to the public

The Hellenic Police (ELAS) has released the identity and photos of a 20-year-old and his 40-year-old partner who abused his niblings, aged 2 and 4.

They are MICLEA (last name) Markos-Kimonas (first name), born 4-8-2005 in Romania to Remus Vasile and Gabriela, and HOXHA (last name) Edmond (first name), born 25-5-1985 in Albania to Selman and Hanko.

They have been charged with sexual offenses against minors who have not yet reached 12 years of age, simple complicity in sexual offenses against minors under 12, sexual offenses in the presence of a minor under 14, and possession of child pornography, the production of which is linked to the exploitation of a minor under 12 years old.

The Hellenic Police (ELAS), under the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Piraeus, has released the identity and photos of the two foreign nationals, a 20-year-old and a 40-year-old, who were arrested on November 21 and 24, 2025, respectively, by the police officers of the Juvenile Protection Unit of the Juvenile Protection Sub-division.

The charges against them include:

• Sexual offenses with a minor under 12 years of age
• Simple complicity in sexual offenses with a minor under 12
• Sexual offenses in the presence of a minor under 14, jointly
• Possession of child pornography, the production of which involves the use of a minor under 12 years old.
• The 20-year-old defendant, taking advantage of the familial relationship with the mother of the victims and the parents’ trust in him, managed to secure the children’s stay at his house. He then invited the 40-year-old to his home, where they jointly committed the above-mentioned crimes.

A significant amount of files (videos and photos) was found in their possession, including hardcore child pornography featuring minors under 12 years old.

The detainees are:

HOXHA (last name) Edmond (first name), born 25-5-1985 in Albania, son of Selman and Hanko.

Since these crimes violate the legal rights to childhood innocence and sexual freedom, in conjunction with the possession of numerous files containing child pornography, the public release of this information, following the Prosecutor’s Order, aims to investigate, detect, and prosecute similar crimes that the accused may have committed against other victims, as well as protect the community from such criminal acts.
