Hellenic Post (ELTA) is proceeding with the closure of seven more branches — “The transfers will be completed by March 6.”

Hellenic Post (ELTA) is proceeding with the closure of seven additional branches as part of its ongoing transformation and restructuring plan. “The transfers will be completed by March 6,” the relevant announcement notes.

Specifically, according to the announcement, operations will be transferred as follows:

  1. Nea Artaki, Euboea: Services will move to the new local Postal Agency about 100 meters from the current branch, at Ethnikis Antistaseos Street 51, 34600 Nea Artaki.
  2. Krestena, Elis: Services will move to the new local Postal Agency about 70 meters away, at Seferli Chr. Street 4, 27055 Krestena.
  3. Agia Varvara, Heraklion, Crete: Services will move to the new local Postal Agency about 170 meters from the current branch.
  4. Lixouri, Kefalonia: Services will move to the new local Postal Agency about 30 meters away, at Lavragka Street 3, 28200 Lixouri.
  5. Servia, Kozani: Services will move to the new local Postal Agency about 300 meters away, at Agiou Georgiou Street 10, 50500 Servia.
  6. Neochori, Aetolia-Acarnania: Services will be transferred to the existing Postal Agency in Katochi, about 1,400 meters away.
  7. Gytheio, Laconia: Services will move to the new ELTA Courier agency in the area, about 100 meters away, at Archaiou Theatrou Street 10, 23200 Gytheio.

Overall, the closures are part of ELTA’s broader restructuring effort, with services continuing through nearby postal agencies instead of the existing branches.
