Despite the cancellation of parades in Crete due to bad weather, one citizen in Chania honored March 25 on his own.

Although the celebrations in Chania were called off because of the adverse weather conditions, one citizen chose to pay tribute to March 25 by holding a solo parade in the city center.
Authorities had earlier cancelled student and military parades across Crete due to the severe weather phenomena.
However, a man in Chania dressed formally, defied the rain and cold, and marched alone on Papandreou Street, sending his own message.
Passersby noticed him, as reported by Kriti360.gr, and captured the moment on video.
