A 2-year-old girl is hospitalized after a dog attack. The animal bit her on the head. The child’s grandmother has been arrested.

A 2-year-old girl is being treated at the “Agia Sofia” Children’s Hospital after being attacked by a dog, resulting in head injuries.
According to reports, the incident occurred on the afternoon of Holy Monday (06/04) in an apartment in Piraeus.
The child was at home with her grandmother, a Dutch national. At some point, she escaped her attention, entered a room where the dog was, and, for an unknown reason, the animal attacked the girl, biting her on the head.
The child was immediately taken to the hospital, while her grandmother was arrested for exposing a minor to danger.
