The American player of AEK’s basketball team refused to present identification during a police check.

An AEK basketball player found himself in trouble late at night after refusing to provide identification during a police stop, resulting in his being taken to a police station.
The individual in question is a 36-year-old American who was stopped by police for a routine check on Demosthenous Street in Kallithea at 11:00 p.m. on Monday (June 1). He refused to present a passport or any other identification document.
Police then escorted him to the local police station, where he remained for approximately two hours until the necessary identity verification procedures were completed. He was subsequently released.
