Famous actress Elena Topalidou spoke about her arrest for driving under the influence and asked for calm and respect, emphasizing that her son is currently taking the Panhellenic exams.

Elena Topalidou made statements on Friday morning (June 5) through the ANT1 program following her arrest for driving while intoxicated.
“Things happen, accidents happen, and this also happened to me. We learn from our mistakes, and I will learn. I sincerely ask to protect the fact that my son is currently taking his Panhellenic exams.
It was a bad moment, it won’t happen again, and I ask everyone who respects and loves me to calm down. Please consider that right now my only concern is my child taking his exams.
Everything else can be resolved. That’s what I wanted to say for now; we will talk about the rest later. This is my message to those who respect and love me, so please also respect my misfortune.”
It is reminded that Elena Topalidou was taken to the misdemeanor court after a nighttime traffic police check, when a routine breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level above 0.75 mg/l of exhaled air, far exceeding the legal limit.
