A workplace accident occurred in Sindos, with a 56-year-old woman losing her life tragically at the company where she worked.

A shocking industrial accident involving a 56-year-old female worker took place on Saturday morning in the Industrial Area of Sindos, in western Thessaloniki.
Specifically, according to thestival.gr, the accident occurred at 7:30 in the morning.
The woman was crushed by an industrial washing machine at the company where she was employed.
According to the fire service, three vehicles with nine firefighters were dispatched to the cleaning company located in the Industrial Area of Sindos, in western Thessaloniki, in order to extricate the unfortunate woman.
The competent authorities are investigating the circumstances and causes of the accident.
