Thessaloniki: Two employees charged with sexually harassing a 19-year-old during a massage

Felony charges have been filed against two employees of a beauty and massage services business following a complaint by a 19-year-old.

The prosecutor has brought felony charges against the two employees accused of inappropriate acts against the 19-year-old at a beauty and massage services establishment in Thessaloniki.
More specifically, they are being prosecuted for a sexual act without the victim’s consent and have been referred to a regular investigating judge to give their statements.
The case followed a complaint filed with authorities by the 19-year-old, a Ukrainian national. According to reports, he stated that he had visited the establishment as a model for the company’s promotional needs (he had made a previous visit for the same purpose, according to his testimony), as reported by the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA). The alleged acts, according to him, took place while the two accused were giving him a massage.
For their part, the two individuals involved (aged 41 and 38) deny the accusations, claiming, according to information, that the complaint was made in an attempt by the young man to blackmail them.
