Authorities are on alert after a prisoner escaped from the Evelpidon court.

The escape occurred at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18, at the Evelpidon courts.
The individual is a 20-year-old Egyptian whose documents had expired, and he had been ordered for administrative deportation. The 20-year-old managed to escape the attention of the police officers escorting him and fled, while searches are being conducted to locate him.
According to reports, he was not wearing handcuffs.
As shown in footage by the television station “STAR,” once it was realized that the prisoner had escaped from Evelpidon, police officers ran in all directions in an attempt to locate him.
Authorities are reviewing security camera footage from the complex to determine his escape direction and assist in his capture.
