Pangrati: Motorcyclist attacks 22-year-old woman, leaving her with a broken leg after parking dispute

Another incident of violence between drivers occurred this time at midday on Saturday (April 25), on Aristoxenous Street in Pangrati, when a 22-year-old female car driver was attacked by a 59-year-old motorcycle driver.

The 59-year-old believed that the young driver was obstructing him while she was parking her car and, after initially verbally assaulting her, he then punched and shoved her, forcefully throwing her to the ground, resulting in her breaking her leg.

Immediately after the attack, he fled the scene, but his identity has been established.

The perpetrator appears to have been hiding over the past 24 hours, as despite police searches, he has not yet been located and arrested within the framework of the automatic arrest procedure.

The 22-year-old was taken to the “Red Cross” Hospital, as she had sustained facial injuries and a fractured leg.

A case file has been formed against the 59-year-old by the Pangrati Police Department for causing bodily harm and verbal abuse.
