A female pedestrian was hit by a truck on Thursday morning (14/5) at the intersection of Irakliou Avenue and Orfanidou Street in the Patissia area.
According to reports, the accident involved a truck that struck the woman under circumstances that have not yet been clarified.
Traffic police officers and emergency responders from EKAB arrived at the scene in order to provide first aid to the woman. However, she did not survive and was pronounced dead.
